I Don't Understand This ... (Two Part Question) ..

Absolutely nothing happened. No phone numbers and/or bodily fluids were exchanged. No groping. Just a "Goodnight Hug" when the place closed down for the night. My group and her group went in separate direction in the freezing cold.

Now, for my questions ...

1. How would you deal with an irate GF who is on the verge of accusing you of cheating in this situation?

2. What punishment is fitting for my "buddy" who spilled the innocent information and made me the prime contestant in the OmegaVerb Inquisition?

1. She's a virgin and she wants to stay that way until she is married. He last boyfriend cheated on her because she wouldn't put out. No worris about her fucking anybody else. If she did, then it's no skin off my back. Dump her and go.

I don't really have an answer for your first question because it would require intimate informaion (i.e. what cools her down, how mad, ...)

The second though, i have a question for you. If the information was so innocent, why do you care if it got spilled?

IF you feel that your buddy needs punishment for spilling, maybe you shouldn't be suprised that your GF wants to punish you for the same information.

The fact that it was spilled is fine. If she would have asked me how the night went, I would have told her. The method of spilling is not. She called him after I did not contact and pressed him for details. She created her own image of what happened based on ...

The worst we've done is drop a (combined) couple hundred bucks at a strip bar ... Real debauchery, I know. Last night was them drinking Labatt's, me drinking Pepsi (designated driver), talking and dancing. Nothing more.

In my opinion, the ensuing conversation of her calling and asking about me should have gone like this ...
OV's GF: What did OV do last night?
OV's Buddy: Call him and ask him. He got me home and I'm hungover.

Now, if we do go out and don't have a 100% innocent night out, he'll be seen as a liabilty for our "decadance".
